Algorithm Marketplace

Validated digital measures, seamlessly delivered

Integrated directly into the Ametris Connect platform, our Algorithm Marketplace gives clinical researchers access to a growing library of validated, sensor-based digital measures powered by licensed, third-party algorithms and delivered through a single, trusted workflow.

Instead of managing multiple tools and technology integrations, the Connect Algorithm Marketplace allows study teams to access a wide variety of regulatory-ready digital measures through a single platform, accelerating study startups, reducing operational complexity, and simplifying participant management.

Continuous Cough Monitoring

We’ve partnered with Hyfe to enable validated, privacy-first cough detection within our platform. Continuous, real-world cough data are captured using the multisensor ActiGraph LEAP® and delivered alongside established digital measures of sleep, physical activity, mobility, and vital signs to support modern respiratory research.

Abnormal Movements in Movement Disorders

In partnership with PKG by Empatica, the Connect platform delivers continuous, clinically validated abnormal movement measures, including bradykinesia, dyskinesia, and tremor. Using data collected by the ActiGraph LEAP, these measures provide real-world insight into treatment efficacy and disease progression in Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and Essential Tremor research.

Device-Agnostic Digital Mobility Outcomes

Capture clinically validated digital mobility outcomes using the latest Mobilise-D algorithms, developed through a collaboration of more than 300 research partners.
These device-agnostic digital mobility measures advance research in healthy and disease populations, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Parkinson’s disease (PD), multiple sclerosis (MS) and proximal femoral fracture (PFF).

Nocturnal Scratch & Sleep

Clinically validated machine-learning algorithms applied to wrist-worn accelerometer data provide continuous digital measures of nighttime scratching and sleep quality. Developed and validated on individuals ages 2 to 75 with atopic dermatitis (AD), these measures offer an integrated research tool for clinical development programs in AD and other related conditions.

Continuous, Real-World Vital Signs

In collaboration with CSEM, the Swiss technology innovation center, the Ametris platform supports a suite of validated vital sign algorithms derived from photoplethysmography (PPG) data captured with the ActiGraph LEAP. Combined with accelerometry-based movement outcomes, these continuous vital sign measures offer a more complete,
real-world view of study participants.
